Culture Shock - Covers the stages of culture shock and the acculturation process, with strategies to make culture shock less severe.
Developing Cultural Competence - Covers basic tenets of intercultural communication theory and its application in daily life in a new country
Country Profile - A brief introduction to the target country. Includes historical, demographic, economic and political overviews.
Lifestyle and Daily Living - Covers social norms, customs, values, and traditions. Includes practical information such as tipping, gift giving, entertaining and nonverbal communication.
Business Applications - Covers norms and protocols for a variety of professional settings including meetings, negotiations, phone conversations, presentations, and social and networking events. Training addresses management styles and best practices for business communication, both oral and written.

Cultural Assessment for Destination Training
An online cultural assessment identifies trainee's perception of self, as well as similarities and differences with target culture. The feedback includes comparison tools for exploring personal cultural differences supported by information and advice. The online resource also provides personal strategies for dealing with cultural differences identified in the assessment.
